We were very pleased by Lou's responsiveness and readiness with purchasing our home.  Lou and Natalie made us feel like we were their only clients and they wanted to do everything they could to make our experience be the best it could be.  I appreciate how quickly they took care of the tree accident, and made sure the roof was properly repaired and replaced.  Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to get us into the house as quickly as possible was so appreciated!
