Natalie Lowell
Natalie is adventurous, active, and full of life. She has an open communication style, engages others, and is dedicated to exceeding client’s unique real estate requirements.
Born and raised in West Michigan, and a resident of Cascade Township, Natalie is an experienced executive with a master’s degree from the University of Michigan in Public Administration and has specialties in new product development, customer relations, and community marketing in various industries and nonprofit organizations.
In real estate, Natalie uses an educational approach and current market trends to support her teams’ clients, ensuring they fully understand each step of the home buying and selling process. Natalie’s expertise and unwavering dedication to researching current market trends make her an informed sounding board for the Mojica Teams' clients. To establish and maintain relationships with neighborhoods, schools, non-profits, and community centers, Natalie serves on the Greater Regional Alliance of REALTORS® Community Involvement Task Force.
When she is not working on real estate matters, Natalie and husband, Larry Lowell, focus on their family, friends, and community. They spend time with sons Rodd, Kris, Steve, their families, and the Mojica Clan, enjoying camping, kayaking, golfing, or any other reason to gather for family and friend celebrations. Larry is a serious outdoor nature photographer, so they spend time exploring and photographing the beauty of Michigan’s great outdoors, including America's National Parks.
